Program
Transformation of a 19th-century industrial hall into an urban winery and a public mineral square.
Environmental Approach
Preservation and restoration of the existing building, with enhanced insulation. Partial renaturalisation of the square. Use of bio-based materials for insulation, acoustic treatment and other applications. Connection to the district heating network and integration into a Smart Grid neighbourhood.
