Mixed-use program with a 150 rooms four-star hotel and its lobby in two rehabilitated silos; a 133 rooms three-star hotel; a para-hotel residence with 159 flats and 28 rooms. Rehabilitation of 6 silos into an art gallery.

The Îlot Bacalan keeps evolving with COSA’s project combining a + three-star hotel + youth hostel + para-hotel residence for the Groupe Legendre, and taking part in the ‘negotiated urbanism’ process led by ANMA, the Ville de Bordeaux and Bordeaux Métropole.
